I'm the calligrapher and creative behind Kay C Calligraphy, where I specialize in bringing meaningful moments to life through modern calligraphy and live engraving.

After moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2012 to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I quickly fell in love with the city and I'm proud to continue to call it home today.

My calligraphy journey began with a simple doodle on a scrap piece of paper one day at work. What started as curiosity soon became a passion, as I discovered the beauty, creativity, and versatility of the art form. As a self-taught calligrapher, I've dedicated countless hours to refining my craft, always striving to create pieces that are both timeless and uniquely personal.

Today, I partner with couples, businesses, and brands to create elegant details that leave a lasting impression. Whether I'm hand-addressing wedding invitations, creating custom keepsake artwork, providing live calligraphy or engraving at an event, or personalizing luxury gifts, my goal is the same: to create an unforgettable experience through thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
