​​Do you offer digital calligraphy services?

I only specialize in hand-lettered pieces currently.

Do you provide the materials?

I do not provide the items that you are interested in having personalized, but am happy to help source items if needed. I provide the personalization tools such as ink, engraving supplies, and any other necessary tools.

Do you work outside of your local area?

Yes! I am based in Charlotte, NC, however, if your event is outside of the Charlotte metro area, I'd be happy to travel to your live event if needed. ​

What surfaces can be personalized?

Almost anything can be personalized. I can personalize things like candles, perfume bottles, wine bottles or glasses, thank you cards, and ornaments just to name a few. ​

  **Carbonated beverages cannot be engraved due to the risk of the bottle

        exploding. Some examples are champagne bottles and sparkling wine. As

        an alternative, I can personalize these surfaces with a paint pen that

        will look just as good.

Do you offer refunds?

I strive for customer satisfaction, and I’m happy to work with you on revisions. However, because many of my items are custom-made, I do not offer refunds on completed orders.

What happens if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?

I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please inform me as soon as possible. Custom orders will be subject to a change fee if revisions are made more than twice.
